My Wife (44 Years Old) Has Been Put On Cortisol

My wife (44 years old) has been put on cortisol 2.5 with DHEA, progesterone and ashwagangha. She started this program a little over a week ago.

Her heart rate is averaging 108 beats per minute. She's running a fever of 103.8 and has chills. She is weak and very fatigued.

Please provide directions. Should I bring her to hospital or wait for Doctor in morning? Thank you!
