My Wife 48 Yr Old 105 Lbs Just Taken Off

My wife 48 yr old 105 lbs just taken off xanix and oxycodone was put on paxil and gabapentin has rapid heart rate at times b.p. last nite was130 over 70 says her skin and chest burn and face at times it hurts and she hasn't slept much at all in 2 to 3 mo. Shes tryed to kill herself 2 times in the past mo.
What can I do to help her start sleeping again?
