My Wife 53 Yrs Old,experienced A Hot Flash Followed By

My wife 53 yrs old,experienced a hot flash followed by extreme shortness of breath, confusion and a degree of anxiety. 3rd time in a year. She had a cat scan and blood work after the 2nd episode. All normal. I'm worried it may be her heart.She's exercises and is in pretty good shape.
