My Wife (56) Is Suffering With Severe Pain In Lower

My wife (56) is suffering with severe pain in lower stomach (wavy pain) starts in the stomach and ending lower back. All the reports pertaining to kidney, pancreas, bladder,ovaries are normal. During the current medication PAN D is used. The stomach pain seems to be gone. My question is whether this pan d has any effect if so taking it some more days will effect in any other way. She is heart patient and diabetic.
