My Wife 59(yrs) Just Complained Of Severe Shoulder Pain And

My wife 59(yrs) just complained of severe shoulder pain and tingling in her arms, then her hands started drawing up. BP was 178/14 It is now 118/68. Hands are still week and when I was checking her BP, her hands started drawing up again. She had been working out in the yard all day. Temp 85-95F. Drinking water all day.
