My Wife, 65, Has Metastasized BC (-peritoneal Carcinomatosis) Constipation, 20-25%

My wife, 65, has metastasized BC (-peritoneal carcinomatosis) constipation, 20-25% ejection fraction (HR ~110) temp 100.5 (lo-normal 97.5) has vomited black bile twice today after ER X-ray established there's no intestinal blockage around 2am Sunday morning. Started Cipro, tried polypropilene glycol in orange juice with 2nd cipro & barfed another 2cups of fluid&bile. Local ER makes it miserable to wait 5+ hours if I take her there.
