My Wife 69 Year Old Is Suffering Symptoms Similar To

My wife 69 year old is suffering symptoms similar to the flu. She has been with fatigue, lack of energy, night fever since last Wednesday evening, January 6th. Friday she was feeling a little better, but always with some fever during the night. She was taking 1 pill of Advil flu each 5 hours keeping control of the fever and flu symptoms. But today Sunday, January 10th she has nausea, vomiting, shaking. Her body inside feel extreme cold. I do not know if it is better to bring her to the hospital to find out if she suffer something else than flu.
