My Wife (73) Has Been Diagnosed With Acute Renal Failure,

My wife (73) has been diagnosed with acute renal failure, createnan numbers around ~1.94. She has taken Diovan for 20 years to manage her BP and the Dr. has taken her off it and put her on Norvasc. Today her BP was 110/82 and BPM was 101. She feels tired most of the time and needs to rest, her digestion varies but mostly she has upset stomach. Her sleep is easily interrupted.

Can you recommend a BP medication that is more suitable for her that would help her regain her energy level? Until recently she was energetic and now she is listless.
