My Wife, Kathy Is 66 Years Old. She Has Heart

My wife, Kathy is 66 years old. She has heart palpitations every morning when she wakes up for the past month, she also has extreme fatigue. He BP is 138/75 with pulse rate of 69. She does have anxieties related to being a breast cancer survivor and osteoarthritus in her hips and ankles which restrict her ability to exercise and return to work.
