My Wife Teena 26 Years Age Having Neck Pain From

My wife Teena 26 years age having neck pain from last 4 days.

We have contacted our GP. He suggested to do X-ray of Spine so the result are as follows
1) straightening of cervical spine.
2) tiny Anterior and Lateral Osteophyte seen
3) Reduced C5-6 Disc space seen

after that he suggested to take following medication

1) Nurokind Plus Rf capsule one per day
2) Acenac-p two per day
3) Pentaprazole tablet two per day

Is it correct treatment?

Or what your suggestion from X-ray result?

Is it Curable pain?
