My Wife Age 50 Diabetic For The Past 5 Years,

My wife age 50 diabetic for the past 5 years, upto last month she taken Debistal GM , but Piogliyazone 15mg banned in India, doctor stopped that and prescribed Glimy M Forte. once she started taken this medicine , she had a stomach pain and loose motion immediately after food. In a day 5 to 6 times going.
Then doctor changed to Glimy M1 Forte. after this also loose motion started. Is this side effect?

if she stop this medicine and take debistal back , stomach pain and loose motion has stopped.

Please advice can we continue Glimy M1 forte.
