My Wife, Age 79 Has Started To Have Nose Bleeds,

My wife, age 79 has started to have nose bleeds, and today it was extra difficult to stop them. Sh also take Coumadin for other medical problem. This afternoon she noted that while on her back, the blood irritated here throat and caused her to have to spit the blood , extensively. Otherwise she seems "OK", but I am concernd
