My Wife, Age 81, Is Has Been Experiencing Frequent Vertigo

My wife, age 81, is has been experiencing frequent Vertigo & complex migraines plus pressure on her bowels. We're being treated by several doctors, including our GP, Neurologist, and ENT. Tests made thus far are MRI, Ultra sound of on neck artery (which was fine), but no answers.. I was just trying to learn more about the pressure on her bowels. She also has vomiting with the Vertigo.
