My Wife Age Is 30. She Had Her Lat Period

My wife age is 30. She had her lat period on 19th december. We had intercourse on 1st january. She took unwanted-72 pill within 2 hours or less. Next day she vomitted. After that she felt rise in her hunger and also very tired and moody. On 7th January she started to have mild pain in her stomach. From 9th she compliant of having lot of pain in stomach and feels heavier all the time alongwith back pain. Does she symptoms signify pregnancy?
