My Wife Age Is 38 Years, We Have Three Children,we

My wife age is 38 years, we have three children,we have been married since 15 years,her menses last for ten days since 3 to 4 years, 2 to 3 days before period she suffer from pimples on face on buttock region in every months and during her period Initial 3 days only spotting after than normal menses begins which last for 4 days after that again 2 to 3 days spotting begins .And when menses get overs her face pimples disappears. We r not using any family planning pills,we use today veginal pesury and condoms and some times withdrawal method, we used emergency pills 2 to 3 times since that she suffer from this problem.earlier initial 4 to 6 years of marriage, her period used last six days.can she can use oosure plus to regulate her period and get rid of pimples and body biols.or suggest anyother medications. Than you please reply as soon as possible
