My Wife Age Is 53 Hight Is 5 Feet 3

My wife age is 53 hight is 5 feet 3 inch weight is 84 kg and has B P Problem. Her B p usually is around 100/150. Recently she has started suffering from piles . Some time it pains and bleeds. Twice/thrice in a week not daily. My question to you is can she take PILEX from Himalayan drug along with BP DRUGS. Such as nexovasCH 10/6 metacard 25 XL AND TAZOLOG 80. What will be her doses and for how longshe has to take Pilex
