My Wife Aged 34 Years Suffering From Diffuse Postero-central Disc

My wife aged 34 years suffering from diffuse postero-central disc herniation at L4-5 indenting the traversing L5 nerve root.As this is shown in MRI Report .The L4-5:8.5mms. pl.advice .Dr. adviced 1)omnacartil 10mg for 9 days I.e 3 tab for 3 day ; 2 tab for 3 days;1 tab for 3 days 2) paracetmol 650mg for 5 days 2 tab daily.Is it ok and also want to know about precautions and in also want to know about future problems if it gets worse.
