My Wife Aged 56 Years Has Some Kind Of Discharge

My wife aged 56 years has some kind of discharge from the nipple of her right mammary gland. The smear cytopathology report indicates....'smear show predominantly polymorphs and few lymphocytes on an amorphous background. No viable atypical cells seen'. Please tell what this means.
