My Wife , Aged 67, Has CHF, Ejction Fraction Of

My wife , aged 67, has CHF, ejction fraction of 25%, is diabetic, St Jude Quadra Assure for CRT therapy, . with Stage 3 Kidney disease, receiving Venofer and Procrit, due to chronic anemia with Hgb of about 9.3. She is normally cold, but is now feeling warm and sweaty, temp of 98.3F (normal for her) and BP of 120/39, rate of 60. How do I know if a low diastolic is an issue? Or what type of concerns should I have as she is feeling weak?
