My Wife And I Are Taking Mega Efa Omega-3 Epa

My wife and I are taking mega efa omega-3 epa & dha 2100mg for "grief". It was recommended by her therapist. In the last several months we both have had a stiffning of hands and painful finger joints. Also, we both seem to have trigger fingers. Our gripping has gone from normal to poor. We both are 65 and white. Thank you
