My Wife And I Just Had Intercourse. Prior To That

My wife and I just had intercourse. Prior to that , I was having pain in my right testicle. Ejaculation happened fast and about two minutes later, a quarter sized fluid like bubble appeared. It was painful. I am uncircumcised and the bubble appeared on the bottom side of the penis below the head. I have no idea what it may be. It has no pain to speak of, but it is a weird deformity. It has never happened before. Any suggestions?
