My Wife Came Home From Work Today Feeling Very Sick.

My wife came home from work today feeling very sick. Shaky, sick to her stomach, weak, chilled. Threw up right away, temp of 103. Sat down in the recliner and went immediately to sleep. Breathing is faster than normal and kind of shallow. Several blankets. She is 66, and feels quite ill. Your thoughts?
