My Wife Can Have Up To 6 Nose Bleeds A

My wife can have up to 6 nose bleeds a day lasting as long as 1 hr. She has a Dr that's been trying to help but nothing seems to work. Including caurterization,laser surgery which is followed by a treatment once a week of avaston. We don't know what else to do. Thank you.
