My Wife Cannot Digest Any Food Eaten. She Is 75

My wife cannot digest any food eaten. She is 75 years old and has pancreatic cancer. The doctor prescribed metoclopramide that has not helped. She has not received any additional help since December 23 and her condition has not changed. I'm in need of professional advice.
