My wife did Pelvic scan.

The uterus is NON-GRAVID. Anteverted , of marginally bulky size with non-uniform myometrial echo pattern. It measures about 63mm in AP diameter .
The endometrial wall appears thickned.
Its measures about 10mm in thickness.
The right ovary measures about 33mm X 28mm in size.
The left ovary measures about 34mm X 25mm in size
Both adnexae are free bilaterally.
There is a sub mucous fibroid noted in the anterior uterine wall measuring about 37mm X 35mm in size
The pouch of Douglas is free
The general uterine outline is inconsistent and irregular

CONCLUSION: FEATURES ARE THOSE OF
ACYESIS
SUB-MUCOUS FIBROID.
