My Wife Didn't See Her Period After 30 Days And

My wife didn't see her period after 30 days and has done test using test strip more than 2 times.

Due to fear of being pregnant, she took Gyneacocid about 5 days back and still never bleed of any kind. What could be the problem. Till now all test shows nagetive.
