My Wife Fainted While Defecating. This Happened Before And She

My wife fainted while defecating. This happened before and she was diagnosed with a vassal vegal response. Is there any treatment other than reducing stress. I think she just does too much: work full time with special needs children, works part-time teaching gymnastics and she also trains for short distance triathlons.
