My Wife Fell Off Of My Son's Four Wheeler Today

My wife fell off of my son's four wheeler today and wrecked and hit her head on the pavement it didn't bust her head open but she does have a knot on the side of her head this was about 6hrs ago just recently she has started vomiting she doesn't want to go to the er she thinks it's just her nerves and the sore with get better with tylenol and ibuprofen should I take her to the er anyway?
