My Wife Finished Her Regular Cycle On Sunday. Today She

My wife finished her regular cycle on Sunday. Today she had blood in her urine almost like spotting. I looked inside to see if there was a tear or what and on the left about 2 in back there's a little white spot that almost looks like a cyst. Unsure what to do, wife called her OBGYN and he hasn't returned her call.
