My Wife For Over A Year Has Had Pus Running

My wife for over a year has had pus running out of her chin and when she doesn't squize It to keep the opening open It get hard and comes out kinda like a spaghetti noodle. Her chin doesn't get red in color but more of a dark color around the opening. And the best I can explain the color of the pus is cream colored.
