My Wife Got Bitten By A Street Cat; I Took

My wife got bitten by a street cat; I took her to the government hospital and got the 1st shot and they asked us to come back for the 2nd shot after 3 days. Its been 15 days now and everything we go they say that there is no stock available. Can you please suggest were can she get the remaining shots and also is it 2 late now. Again since she's breast feeding will our daughter get rabies as well? And if there is a chance for it to spread; please advise what can be done now
