My Wife Had High Blood Pressure Pills For Years. At

My wife had High Blood Pressure pills for years. At age 63, she skipped taking that for 1 year due to apparent low blood pressure, but ended up having severe depression and went into emergency and Psychiatric ward for a whole month. She was discharged after Day Hospital for 3 months, but continued with 5 different meds on anti-depression & anxiety. Now she is 66, and is still having relapse almost every day at 7 am. Taking Ativan helped calm her down, but we tried not to take it daily. Recently she missed a day of so of her high blood pills (20mg Fosinopril). Will that cause grief and should that be a concern?
Thanks,
John
