My Wife Had A Heart Attack 2 Weeks Ago A

My wife had a heart attack 2 weeks ago a stent was fitted and she was discharged with various drugs to take.she returned to hospital a few days later with pain in lower right side back.A ct scan showed a shadow that they think may be a tumour or something else that needs investigation.She has now had 9 daily injections of Clexane 60mg in her tummy to prevent clotting but due to her small size and little body fat she is suffering from extensive bruising and I don't see where she can have her next injection.
Is there any oral equivalent bearing in mind she is now on several blood thinning tablets following surgery.
A pet scan is arranged 23 Dec from lung clinic with follow up consultancy on 5 Jan
