My Wife Had A Hysterectomy About 6 Weeks Ago And

My wife had a hysterectomy about 6 weeks ago and is now having pain in her joints. Knees, hips, shoulders and elbows.. SHe has an estrogen patch that was given to her by her OBGYN, But she is still hurting pretty bad. Is there something she can take over the counter, like a supplement or anything like that. Or something else she should look into
