My Wife Had A Stroke 14 Mos Ago (roughly) .

My wife had a stroke 14 mos ago (roughly) . She is 55 years old. From then on she has been angry about anything and everything. She is unreasonable always now. The Dr said he believed it was caused by a migraine. Is there any treatment for this condition? Medications? She is imagining problems where there are none pushin everyone away. Help !
