My Wife Had An Accident And After 6 Days Admited

My wife had an accident and after 6 days admited in hospital , doctor discharged her with
prescribed medicin as follows but she often have syncope after having the medicin. please advise how
can we stop her fainting.

     1 + 0 + 1      for 3 days after meal
     0 + 0 + 1      for 3 days after meal
Tab. Neurocare      1 + 0 + 1      for 2 months
Tab. Mecobal      1 + 0 + 1      for 10 days
Tab. Nevralip Rtd 600 mg      1 + 0 + 0      for 1 month
Tab. Rocal D Vita      1 + 0 + 1      for 1 month with glass of water
Tab. Sucralfate 500 mg      2+2+2+2     for 15 days before meal
Syp. Entacyd plus     3 TSF     8 hourly
Tab. Disopan mg      0 + 0 + 1     for 7 days
