My Wife Had C-section 2 Years Ago And Ever Since

My wife had c-section 2 years ago and ever since then she's been experiencing bouts of anxiety irratabiloty depression especially during ovulation she says it becomes unbearable. She doesn't even want to be talked to. When she's like that. I'm thinking its hormonal but I'm not a doctor. Is it possible that the c-section has something to do with this. She was never like this before
