My Wife Had Misscarage 3 Year Back Reaason Being Baby

My wife had misscarage 3 year back reaason being baby growth was not there and it was 2 month baby there after my wife never conceive we have change the 4 doctors present doctor diagnose the case of PCOD eggs were not developing and doctor had to give hormone injections as hormonal disblancnce is also there while this time eggs were developed by giving injections but eggs were not raptured she is 32 year old what is your advise
