My Wife Had Severe Leg Pain Two Days Before Losing

My wife had severe leg pain two days before losing our baby at 6 weeks. She has had continued leg pain, worse while standing. She now has arm pain and pain in her right rib. This is her 10th miscarriage and 13th pregnancy. She has no swelling but is not feeling right and very exhausted. Miscarriage is complete and she says was not that bad but these other symptoms are sometimes she has never had before.
