My Wife Had Stomach Upset Since Yesterday And Had Loose

My wife had stomach upset since yesterday and had loose motions 4-5 times and for last two hours , she is having feeling of vommitting and if tell to drink water it comes out instantly... We are in middle of night with no doctor close by... But have pharmacy close to our house...please advise
