My Wife Had Twins Early Monday Morning. She Had To

My wife had twins early Monday morning. She had to have an emergency C-section for our youngest boy, then needed two pints of blood. She started to feel extreme exhaustion yesterday while visiting our boys in the NICU and proceeded to fall asleep in the car on the way home. She fell asleep at two and I carried her in the house to bed, she slept from 2pm yesterday until 12 pm today without moving from the position I laid her in. We went to see our sons and she went back to sleep in the car at 1:30pm. Should I be concerned with her sleeping this much?
