My Wife Has Crohn's And Is Taking Prednizone 20 Mg

My wife has Crohn's and is taking Prednizone 20 mg per day down from 40 waiting to go on Humira. She also takes methotrexate. She got very severe leg cramps in both legs. We walked I massaged the muscles and she hydrated and took two Tylenol. What else can she do to relieve the cramps and prevent more cramps. Should she add back an additional 10 mg of Prednizone? Or will it passage?
