My Wife Has Lung Cancer And A Brain Tumor That

My wife has
Lung cancer and a brain tumor that is pushing her brain out of center. Things ar not going well and the last two days she gasgs on her food and drink almost immediately and cannot keep anything down. She is in home hospice and they gave me some lorazepam which I finally got a few drops down her with apple sauce. Still gagging even as she tries to sleep. Any idea on how to help her. I know the cancer is spread and maybe causing this. Thank you
