My Wife Has TSH 7.7mewIU/ml And Free T4 1.19 Ng/dl.

My wife has TSH 7.7mewIU/ml and Free T4 1.19 ng/dl. Her age is 28 amd she has been gaining weight over a year. Current weught is around 66kg. Height is 5' 3.5".

Does this mean she is suffering from hypothyroidism? Is the situation very bad ?

Recently she has been prescribed daily dosage of Thyronorm 25 mg 1 tab before breakfast.
Can anyone also suggest food she should avoid ?
