My Wife Has A Mass On Her Overt Which Is

My wife has a mass on her overt which is being removed in May.
It has hair and bone and all as if it were a baby and the size of a pair.
When ever she gets her monthly visit she gets bad ibs.
Tonight it's non stop watery
