My Wife Has A Pain Between Her Breasts And Also

My wife has a pain between her breasts and also under her breasts, she is not experiencing any coughing or shortness of breath. She took 2 Aleve and the pain went away but several hours later the pain has returned. She is 63 years old and not overweight and has never smoked. She thought it was kind of like heartburn but no relief from Pepcid or Tums.
