My Wife Has A Slight Fever. She Was Suffering From

My wife has a slight fever. she was suffering from upset stomach and headache. This was possibly due to being wet in the rain, which she is not used to. she is feeble and has taken a small amount of vegetable soup since last night. for lunch. her pulse is 103 while her BP is 13/7. Please advice me.
