My Wife Has An Acute Sinus Infection. She Went To

My wife has an acute sinus infection. She went to the local clinic today and they prescribed amox/k clav, but nothing for pain. She has taken ibuprofen, but the pain persists. We have aleve, acetomeniphen, andplain aspirin. She would like something to relieve the pain. We also have generic flonase. Any recommendations?
