My Wife Has Been Advised Wysolene 10 Mg Twice Daily

My wife has been advised wysolene 10 mg twice daily for four days with thereafter reuction of dose over next 6 days.
This will be the third time in last 6 months that she has taken this dose to alleviate symptoms of osteoarthiritis.
It has been very effective in controlling the symptoms.
Is it safe?
