My Wife Has Been Diagnosed With A Rare Disease Called

My wife has been diagnosed with a rare disease called diffuse dermal angiomatosis. She has developed open wounds and was put on silver sulfadiazine with lignocaine. 1% silver and5% linocaine. We are having a hard time finding it. Is there some other medication that we can substitute for it?
